Transmittance ITO touch film, AT offers Roll-to-Roll sputter systems. The MENTO-M1300 system is comprised of all seven chambers designed to process oxides like SiO2 and NB205. It has a multi chamber for depositing with its divided chambers for transmittable film. MENTO-M600 is for Single ITO film, and MENTO-700 for Top Electrode of the Touch Film has the one-chamber structure and can process two different types of materials.
