The company’s valve seat rings, together with valves, are used for sealing the combustion chambers of cylinder heads. Heat is transmitted to the cylinder head by the valve seat ring.

 
The firm’s valve guides are located in an engine head, guiding valves for intake and exhaust as a functional component. They absorb part of the heat of combustion which impinges on the valve. As they are used in a high temperature environment, high thermal conductivity and heat resistance are important.

 
Sinteron’s power-forged connecting rod connects the piston to the crankshaft for transmitting motion and power. It is not rigidly fixed at either end, so that the angle between the connecting rod and the piston can change as the rod moves up and down and rotates around the crankshaft. Sinteron produces it by utilizing its patented fracture-splitting method.
