Products are loaded into preformed paper cartons or blanks in side ways which are formed automatically by barrel cam loaders. The machine has no carton forming and no product pushing into carton functions to minimize the loss of cartons. Side flaps are sealed at both ends by using hotmelt glues. Cartoners are available in both steel and stainless steel versions.
Various versions of cartoners manufactured by the maker are designed to accommodate all different carton sizes in their ranges. Their common features include variable speed control, servo-driven, adjustable carton size for each model, support of synchronization with automatic collate & load feeder, etc.
