NO. 1407M11] “SHGM Series” gas mixing stations from Sehwa Hightech Co. are produced to the customers’ specifications, thus allowing the customers to easily change the kinds of mixed gases and concentration. They can be used for a wide range of applications, including laboratories and mass production lines. Featuring mass flow controller (MFC) attached to each channels, they provide an accuracy of +/- 1%.
Equipped with static mixers, they permit mechanical mixture of fluids regardless of the kind of gases. Models for gas mixing ensure precise mixing of shield gases. For easy maintenance, they are mainly made of special materials such as SUS stainless steel.
Sehwa Hightech’s “Sero 2000s” mass flow controller (MFC) readout units are multi-functional ones with integrated power supply units. Equipped with a microprocessor-based electronic unit, they provide RS-232, analog or TTL functions. For user convenience, they also offer accumulation and purge functions.
