There are two representative players leading the move of the company toward overseas markets. DSR Wire’s PowerMax rope is a large diameter wire rope used for offshore, shipbuilding, marine and mining industries. With its own unique drawing technique, DSR Wire’s wire rope basically ensures high ductility. The wire rope consists of very fine microstructure, due to newest and brand new model of heat treatment equipment and unique technique.

SuperMax Rope is an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber braided rope utilizing DSR’s own rope design and manufacturing know-how. SuperMax rope has the strongest tensile strength per weight. SuperMax rope is stronger than the wire rope of same diameter, and it weighs 1/8 of wire rope. The product is treated with DSR’s unique coating process and special heat treatment process to enhance its anti-abrasion characteristics.
