[INQ. NO. 1410M05] SUNG IL (SIM), founded in 1978, has grown into a leading supplier of fabricated piping systems for various infrastructure sectors with SIM’s unique induction bending machine developed in 1981 for the first time in Korea.

SUNG IL SIM can make piping size from 0.25 inch to 120 inch in various areas including thermal power, nuclear power, on and off shore plant. We have four main plants, our capacity of plants is annually about 100,000 tons and site is about 116,400 m2. Its primary customers are KHNP, KEPCO, Hitachi, Chevron, Samsung, Hyundai, STX, Doosan, DSME, POSCO E&C, SHI, KOGAS. The Korean company also has plentiful experience in exporting to many countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, China, Japan, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Singapore, Pakistan, India, Thailand, Iraq, Australia, United States, Mexico and Qatar.

SUNG IL SIM’s bending manufacturing technology can produce bending machines of external diameter from 1 to 80 inches and it can make the maximum bending thickness size of 120T. Up to 1.5 DR can be produced by its bending manufacturing technology. It can reduce costs for welding and duration of fabrication, improve quality due to decreased quantities of welding.
