As a hydrophilic coating for disposable medical devices, the surface is soft, reducing the insertion stress and pain during surgical procedures, and controlling the cell response — thereby improving the success rate of the actual procedure and significantly reducing side effects.
Noanix has secured many biosafety test reports from NAMSA and has FDA master files.

Hydrophilic coating equipment
Noanix is researching and manufacturing coating equipment using various dip coaters and ultrasonic nozzles.
Long-length medical devices such as guide wires are coated with a dip coater, and small medical devices such as stents and balloons require uniform coating and thin film, so coating equipment using ultrasonic nozzles is used. It has obtained various CE certifications.
It is equipment that coats drugs on the surface of various types of DES (Drug-Eluting Stent) and balloon catheter (DEB) for drug elution, such as peripheral blood, non-vascular, and cardiovascular.
A uniform coating surface can be created by minimizing the spray drop size by using an ultrasonic nozzle. It is driven by a generator that can automatically control the optimum frequency and voltage for spraying according to the characteristics of the sprayed coating liquid.
