RC TECH is producing Boommaster, a concrete-pouring distributor, in a one-stop process, from research to development, based on its long experience in construction sites and technological prowess in wireless control systems.
The Boommaster three-stage distributor comes in Roll-type and Z-type – depending on the way the boom is folded.
RC TECH’s distributor is specialized by reflecting stability, precision, and convenient operation. When pouring concrete at a construction site, it is a product that resolves situations where it is impossible to pour concrete into the desired location due to the limited length of the boom of the pump car. It is used by being connected with the pump car.
Boommaster three-stage distributor (Roll-type)
With a maximum working radius of 13.5M horizontally and 14.5M vertically, it is possible to work in a wide radius. With a weight of 2.8 tons, it is easy to lift a tower crane.
Because of its high mobility, it reduces work time and cost with two to three times the effect compared to tower crane placement.
Boommaster three-stage distributor (Z-type)
With a maximum working radius of 15M horizontally and 16M vertically, it is possible to work in a wide radius.
With a weight of 2.9 tons, it is easy to lift a tower crane. Because of its high mobility, it reduces work time and cost by two to three the effect compared to a tower crane placement.
Manual transport carriage
The transport carriage for distributors can be moved safely with a wired remote control in the field.
This product can conveniently transport the distributor in places where the underground work-space is narrow, and where it is impossible to move with a crane. Currently, RC TECH is producing only transport carriages operated by manual jockeys.
