TRB overburden drilling system
TopDrill’s TRB overburden drilling systems are designed for economic drilling costs in simultaneous casing advancement. It consists of two to six wing bits connected to its ‘Down the Hole Hammer.’ The wing bits are retractable and extendable when the drill string rotates in the reverse and forward direction. It has a longer life and performs well, which means it is possible to use it continuously. TopDrill comes in two types — the shoulder type, and the no- shoulder type — so that it can meet its customers’ different needs.
TopDrill’s TRB system is designed for straight borehole drilling and for drilling in simultaneous casing advancement. It also has the flexibility of extending and retracting wing bits. It is being used for various different situations — including construction, water well, and geothermal drilling. The easy maintenance of the product ensures cost savings. TopDrill can also make customized TRB systems according to the customer’s request.
