Automatic Banding Machine for Wide Film

[INQ. NO. 2404M02] Bindtec, which started as an importer and distributor of financial office automation equipment in 1983, has been growing into a banding machine manufacturer since 1990.
Starting with the export of bill banding machines, Bindtec produces products that bind using pp bands and paper/film strips, including banding devices required for semiconductor companies such as Samsung Electronics and Hynix; pharmaceutical companies; financial institutions; and various industrial products. The company is thus supplying a variety of products tailored to the characteristics of the place of use.
Bindtec’s automatic banding machine for wide film, YL-W100, to be introduced in the upcoming KOREA PACK 2024, is a product released after many years of research and development, in line with the increasing diverse demand in the domestic market.
The YL-W100 can be used in a variety of applications, including lunch boxes delivered to convenience stores and marts, BOGO products (milk, food, small paper boxes, plastic packages, etc.), and box packaging.

The YL-W100 can be installed on an automated line, and by adding the function (eye-mark) that sets the image that becomes the face of the product to continue to be bound to the same location and printing function, it can print such information as the production date, expiration date, etc. Consumable film bands can also be supplied. There are films bands with a width of up to 100mm.
