[INQ. NO. 2407M08] BU HEUNG Co., Ltd. is a pipe spool fabricator specialized in non-ferrous metals such as titanium, hastelloy, inconel, and super duplex, copper nickel, and so forth, for onshore/offshore plants.
The pipe spools manufactured by BU HEUNG are prefabricated components of a piping system that includes the pipe, flanges, and fittings. It is a typically prefabricated shop, from pipes to pipe fittings, which are then installed in a larger piping system on site.
This pre-assembly allows for easier, faster, and more efficient installation, as complex sections of the piping system can be constructed under controlled conditions. Due to the advanced welding skills and experience required for non-ferrous metal spools, the use of more specialized materials significantly enhances the efficiency of shop fabrication.
BU HEUNG holds certifications including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and ASME PP, S stamps ― ensuring high welding-quality, and monthly production capacity of 5,000 spools (or 60,000 dia-inches) with its own WPS operating six fabrication shops.
With extensive experience in painting, packing, and customs clearance, BU HEUNG is well-equipped to directly undertake overseas projects involving spool volumes.
