[INQ. NO. 2408M35] SHINHWA HiTech’s CEO, Park Sung-jin, has been working on plant construction for over 40 years, including with Shinwha Engineering. While working on refractory construction, he thought it would be better to insulate with water instead of refractory, so he founded SHINHWA HiTech Co., Ltd. and developed an incinerator on his own.
SHINHWA HiTech Co., Ltd., established in 2020, developed an ultra-high temperature industrial-waste complete combustion incinerator using water, fire, and wind.

Eco-friendly, ultra-high temperature industrial waste incinerator
SHINHWA HiTech’s eco-friendly, ultra-high temperature industrial-waste incinerator was developed to solve environmental pollution by filling the ground without completely combustion harmful substances from industrial waste.

The product can reduce the volume and weight by 95-99% compared to burying waste in the ground and has the advantage of saving landfill space.
SHINHWA HiTech’s ultra-high temperature incinerator has applied the world’s most specialized technology. Without fuel, it is possible to achieve 20~25 seconds of wind-based incineration time and 1,600~2,000˚C ultra-high temperature incineration.

Complete combustion is possible at ultra-high temperatures using natural wind, without any rear-end facilities.
By insulating ultra-high temperatures with water instead of refractory materials, a lot of steam energy is produced, and electricity is produced with higher efficiency than solar, wind, and nuclear power.
Tires were mainly used in dozens of tests, and during the Hankook Tire fire last year, black dust from incomplete combustion remained in an apartment 2km away, but even if you were nearby, complete combustion without odor, black smoke, white smoke, or dust was proven — and the terrifying power of ultra-high temperatures was proven to incinerate 4~5 car RV tires in 4~5 minutes.
UNIST(Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology in Korea) verified that dioxin and dibenzofuran emissions were zero.
