Expectations are already rising among Korean industries and organizations for the 10th K-Safety Expo scheduled to be held in Busan in September.
BEXCO announced recently that local governments, government agencies, and public enterprises are already lining up to participate in the 10th K-Safety Expo, which will be held for three days from September 10.
Hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS) and Busan Metropolitan City, this event will be held at BEXCO’s Exhibition Center Hall 1 in an area of approximately 20,000m2.

In addition to exhibiting safety-related companies and technologies, there will also be various side events such as conferences, domestic and international buyer consultations, joint growth purchasing consultations, and public institution recruitment briefings.
This K-Safety Expo is expected to be an opportunity to gauge the latest trends in technologies and products in various fields ranging from disaster responses to crisis management and the security industry, and more than 300 companies and organizations are expected to participate.
The participation of many government agencies and public institutions, which are major demand sources for related industries, is expected, drawing attention from related companies.
At this exhibition, MOIS will invite about 100 major overseas officials and buyers to hold a ‘Global Business Forum’ to discuss disaster responses and the future of related industries with domestic disaster and safety companies.

Business opportunities will be provided to participating companies through existing overseas buyer consultations and mutual growth purchasing consultations. A new public institution recruitment briefing centered on major institutions is also being prepared, so it is expected to be an exhibition that will attract job seekers as well.
As the domestic disaster and safety industry and technology level are improving, this year’s event is also receiving a lot of attention from overseas. During the exhibition, the visit and attendance of senior officials from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) of Australia and the Emergency Management Agency of Victoria (EMV) of Australia are planned, and the attendance of government agencies and related association officials from various countries such as China, Japan, and Vietnam is expected.
