[INQ. NO. 2501M08] TYM, which recently celebrated its 73rd anniversary, was relaunched on July 1, 2022 through integration with Kukje General Machinery. In line with the changes in the global agricultural machinery market, TYM has recently reorganized its global management system and secured mid- to long-term growth momentum in the future agricultural machinery market, such as autonomous driving.

TYM is Korea’s representative agricultural machinery company with the longest history of 120 years (TYM with 70 years, Kukje General Machinery with 55 years) in Korea.
TYM sought to advance further as a global company with its name change, and won the ‘400 million-dollar Export Tower’ award last year. TYM introduced ESG management for the first time in the industry, and implemented it company-wide. In particular, TYM has recently diversified its market by developing new markets in Southeast Asia, such as the Philippines, rather than limiting its exports to North America.

TYM’s flagship utility tractor T130 is a product that combines advanced autonomous driving technology, sophisticated design, powerful performance, and premium convenience features. The T130’s autonomous driving system is the first autonomous driving product in Korea to pass national-type inspection.

TYM independently developed software such as the autonomous driving system called the Inertial Navigation System (INS), route creation, and route following, as well as hardware such as the autonomous driving controller and console.
The 129-horsepower Deutsche Common Rail engine boasts high output and high torque even at low and mid-speed RPM, and has excellent productivity with fewer breakdowns and a longer lifecycle. In addition, it is equipped with BOSCH’s cutting-edge electro-hydraulic control system, enabling stable, high-intensity work.
TYM provides services consistent with a global leading company through various service quality improvement programs, such as customized training programs and engineer selection contests to strengthen its engineers’ maintenance skills.
