Eco-friendly automotive parts

Shafts & spindles
Shaft and yoke shafts are forging products in power train parts to decrease the vibration by adjusting the balance of the automobile. It produces the shafts in a 1,600-ton forging press with vertical forging.
Spindles are forging components to maintain the stable rotation of tire wheels in combination with car axles. Daewon Forging is supplying spindles to the domestic market and exports them to Germany and India.

Sockets & yokes
Sockets and yokes are designed for steering system parts to change driving direction. In the case of the socket, it is the forging part of the tie rod end, ball joint and rack end.
Daewon’s sockets are recognized for their quality in the global market, and Daewon Forging exports to Japan are worth over $4 million per year, and aims to expand its export markets.
Yokes are components of handles, and are achieving high sales in the domestic market.

Industrial parts (trolley chains/defense/special vehicle parts)
Daewon Forging produces and supplies conveyor parts installed in factory automation lines in the form of single chains and assemblies, and these parts are currently exported to the United States and France.
Daewon Forging produces and exports special vehicle parts to the North American market, and also produces defense products such as projectiles that require durability and explosive pressure, and projectiles for multiple rocket launchers.

Daewon Forging produces projectiles with lengths of 800 mm by using 1,500-ton hydraulic presses.
