The robot wrapping machine ‘Smart Robo Wrap’ introduced by S&T Plus features an automatic wrap-cutting method that applies its own patented technology.
Smart Robo Wrap is controlled by PLC, so the program can be modified at any time to suit the work environment, allowing for quick response even if a problem occurs. In particular, the wrap-mounted head is operated in an automatic-cutting manner. The device that wraps the package when rising and falling automatically cuts out after the work is completed.
This wrapping machine is equipped with a collision-prevention bumper and safety sensor, so it can stop with a warning sound when an abnormality occurs.This wrapping machine uses a BLDC motor, so the motor life is long, and noise and power consumption are reduced.
This wrapping machine can wrap regardless of the size and shape of the product. It is an automatic wrapping machine that can be easily operated, either automatically or manually, to suit the user’s needs.
