Stabilizer Links

Ball joints in the links allow for turning and up-down travel of the suspension.
Ball Joints
Ball joints produced by SJ Tech are spherical bearings that connect control arms to steering knuckles, functioning like a human hip joint. They include a steel bearing stud and socket in a protective casing. The stud is tapered and threaded to fit into the steering knuckle. A rubber boot protects the joint from dirt and allows lubrication movement. Some ball joints have internal springs to reduce vibration. Offset ball joints allow for motion in systems affected by expansion, shocks, and torsional forces.
Tie Rod Ends
Tie rod ends produced by SJ Tech link the steering rack to the knuckle, transferring steering force while allowing pivoting. A rounded, bearing-filled end with a perpendicular bolt fits into the knuckle. A boot protects it from dirt. Despite their simple appearance, tight tolerances are vital for precise handling.
