NO. 2507M31] The Walkbot, a lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton robot, is designed to provide the most natural, biomechanically and energetically efficient walking pattern ― helping persons with acute and severe stroke, spinal cord injury, or gait disorders to reset the optimal automatic movement pattern, and accelerate rapid recovery in the early stages of rehabilitation. It automatically adjusts its rigidity or compliance, assistance and resistance, walking speed, and joint kinematics of the hip, knee, and ankle.

Walkbot Series
Walkbot is the world’s first adult gait-rehabilitation robot system equipped with three-joint gait-training technology—hip, knee, and ankle joints—along with an automatic robotic leg-length adjustment system and patient-specific gait-training functions.
As Korea’s first gait-rehabilitation robot system integrated with advanced robotics technology, Walkbot enhances muscle strength and joint range of motion, thereby supporting the recovery of gait function. It has been exported globally, where its superior quality and clinical effectiveness have been widely recognized.
Especially, Walkbot_K is a gait-rehabilitation robot system exclusively designed for children, equipped with a gait algorithm optimized for pediatric patients.
With a playground-themed design and a variety of engaging features, the system creates an enjoyable and comfortable training environment that encourages children to participate in gait training.
The robotic leg length can be automatically adjusted in 1mm increments to match the patient’s leg length, thus enabling precise alignment with growing children’s joint lengths, and accommodating changes in gait training patterns. Walkbot K is suitable for pediatric patients from approximately 3 to 4 years of age to adolescents, with a height range of 86 cm to 148 cm.
The Walkbot is an advanced Robot-Assisted Gait Training (RAGT) system, classified as a Class III medical device for robot-assisted orthotic exercise therapy.
