DAEWON GSI’s color sorter has many technical features including the following: The color sorter has a large capacity with up to 672 channels; it has an ultimate resolution camera (RGB, RGBN, InGaAs NIR and hyper spectral camera); and with its new AI sorting system with an Android OS and user-friendly UI system, it delivers excellent performance. A flexible LED system for sorting many different kinds of material in one machine is applied, thereby increasing product yield with highly accurate ejectors.
A new sorting-sensitivity system (2D map type) is installed in order to increase sorting efficiency. And the new sorting technology is applied for plastics. Sorting by color and sorting by materiality (sorting Pet, PP, PE, PVC, PC, ABS) by hyper-spectral camera are possible.
Sorting by materiality with black plastic is possible. This is a very new technology black plastic that was not possible to sort by materiality before.
