Korean Companies Seize Opportunities to Expand their Global Presence through OGA 2025

Korean companies engaged in manufacturing of products in the field of oil & gas are scheduled to participated in the upcoming Oil & Gas Asia exhibition (OGA 2025) to be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, Malaysia, from September 2 to 4.

KMIRA operates Korea Pavilion to Assist Korean exhibitors’ market-expansion
The Korea Measuring Instruments Research Association (KMIRA) supports the overseas expansion and export activities of excellent Korean manufacturers, and will operate the Korea Pavilion at OGA 2025 to actively support the overseas expansion of domestic companies.
OGA 2025 will be held at the KLCC Exhibition Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and business consultations at the Korea Pavilion will be held at Hall 1, Booth No. 1801.
Major Korean companies participating in this exhibition will showcase equipment and technologies required in specialized industries such as aluminum dome roofs, corrosion measuring devices, check valves, copper alloy pipes, temperature sensors, automatic valves, flanges, cable glands, pipes, and tubes.

As Korean exhibitors have received various international certifications such as ISO, CE, IECE, and ATEX ― and are thus being recognized in the global market for their technology and quality ― they can provide good business opportunities for visitors who want to see Korea’s excellent technology and products in these fields.
OGA is Malaysia’s representative energy exhibition, and was originally held every two years. However, due to the active promotion and support of the Malaysian government and the state-run oil company PETRONAS, the number of visitors and interest has increased each time, so the cycle has been changed to an annual event starting in 2023.
During the exhibition period, programs such as networking meetings and seminars are offered to provide important information for establishing marketing strategies by providing insight into the status of industries and projects in Malaysia and neighboring countries.

OGA 2024
Last year, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the event, the Malaysian Petrochemical Association (MPA) and the organizer, Informa Markets, held the Petrochemicals Sustainability Conference (PSC) and the Malaysian Oil and Gas Services Council (MOGSEC) at the same time as the OGA exhibition in the exhibition hall, creating a venue for related organizations and experts from each country to cooperate and share information.

In addition, KMIRA supports consulting for obtaining standards and certifications and certification tests by linking with domestic and overseas government support projects ― in order to promote the sales and export of products of small and medium-sized enterprises in the domestic measuring-instrument industry.
