Oilless Bearings
HANKOOK MATERIAL’s oilless bearings are suitable for areas where refueling is impossible or ineffective due to high loads, low speeds, corrosive environments, foreign matter inflow, impact loads, and structural constraints. This product improves machine performance, reduces manpower and costs caused by refueling, and enhances productivity.
Oilless bearings are mainly used in environments where high loads and low speeds are applied; where the machine cannot stop for refueling; where there is a huge loss; where personnel cannot refuel directly; where corrosion is likely; and in underwater applications.

Worm Wheels
HANKOOK MATERIAL’s worm wheels are supplied with shafts to various domestic heavy machine attachment companies. The company has currently developed its own worm wheel material called KOB3, which has the most suitable mechanical properties for heavy machine attachments, and is developing overseas markets with competitive unit prices.
Worm wheels are mainly used in heavy machine attachments such as rotators and tilt rotators, and are used in applications where various power transmissions are required.
