Brass Oilless Bearings
SGO’s flagship SGO #500 brass oilless bearings feature graphite solid lubricant embedded in brass, providing excellent self-lubrication and wear resistance under dry conditions. It performs reliably under high loads and at low speeds, even in harsh or imprecise environments. Among three types, #500 SP24 is a high-strength version for heavy-duty applications like construction equipment and injection-molding machines.

THEDVELON: Steel-backed Sintered Bearing
SGO’s endless research and development efforts to meet customers’ needs resulted in THEDVELON, a far more improved multi-layer bearing than conventional products.
The THEDVELON brand offers steel-backed sintered bearings with a 1–1.2mm sintered layer containing Cu, Fe, Ni, Sn, MoS₂, and graphite. This design delivers superior wear resistance and supports high-speed, multi-directional motion under heavy loads. THEDVELON holds patents in Italy and Germany and is widely used in plastic mold guides, press molds, and hydraulic-press machines.

Extruded Brass Materials & Balance Weights
SGO also provides extruded brass materials known for precision, machinability, and corrosion resistance—ideal for bushings and valve components. Additionally, brass balance weights for electric compressors are manufactured to minimize vibration and improve rotor stability, especially in the automotive and HVAC sectors.
