IJS specializes in manufacturing automotive press molds, primarily supplying ultra-high-strength steel molds, cold molds, and hot molds.

IJS’s ultra-high-strength steel molds are optimized for processing high-strength materials, minimizing deformation and breakage, contributing to vehicle weight reduction and enhanced safety. Its cold molds offer superior precision machinability and wear resistance, ensuring high-dimensional accuracy and productivity.
IJS’s hot stamping mold is created through technology that manufactures ultra-lightweight, ultra-high-strength parts by simultaneously forming and cooling the mold after heating it to high temperatures exceeding 950 degrees Celsius. Through this technology, IJS maximizes production efficiency and quality competitiveness, providing optimal mold solutions across the automotive industry.
For presses that are most important in mold manufacturing, IJS holds a link line of 1200t, 700t, 400t, and 400t. It also holds a total of eight presses and two die-spotting machines, thus ensuring that it can simultaneously satisfy both productivity and quality.
