Compound Bearings
Compound bearings are solid lubricant bearings that provide continuous lubrication during rotation by filling the space between the inner and outer rings with graphite-based compounds and then solidifying the compounds. They enable long-term use without a need for additional refueling. In particular, compound bearings overcome the limitations of conventional grease, which rapidly deteriorates at high temperatures, as they ensure stable operation from -60°C to 350°C. Through the micro-particle crushing effect and sealing effect of the compound molecules, they extend their life and maintain their performance even in environments where foreign matter penetrates due to high dust levels or exposure to chemicals.
