Chili Pepper-Washing Machine
Shin Nong’s chili pepper-washing machine washes large quantities of peppers, removing soil, pesticide residues, and other impurities that are difficult to wash manually.
Through Shin Nong’s assembly production line, the washing machine is carefully and reliably inspected and assembled.

The washing machine is simple and easy to operate through a three-step process of rotating washing ― preliminary washing, rotating washing, and rinsing. In the preliminary washing process, two-stage rotating washing is carried out along with the foggy spray of nozzle on the top.
During the rotating washing process, perfect washing with 32 brushes in a stainless steel rotating tank is carried out. In the rinsing process, final washing is possible with high-pressure foggy-spray on the top of the outlet.

Recognized for its excellent product performance, Shin Nong has been exporting the chili pepper-washing machines to more than 10 countries including China, Japan, Myanmar, Thailand, Bhutan, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Shin Nong has been awarded the Three-million-dollar Export Tower for the past several years, obtained CE certification for its rice milling machine and dryer, and signed an agency by attending the 37th National Farmers’ day in Ghana to enhance their rice value chain.
Shin Nong also was listed on the CTCN network membership in 2022. In particular, by managing everything ― from seed selection to germination, milling, and seed storage ― sustainable climate-resilient rice farming technologies to increase rice yields are given top priority through the rice value chain (low cost & high efficiency).
