The Scotch yoke type of pneumatic actuator is relatively higher torque than that of the Rack & Pinion type.

Electric actuators (Spur gear and Scotch yoke type)
These electric actuators designed to cover the torque range from 8Nm up to 1200Nm are well-being adapted for quarter (90°) turn valves such as ball valve and butterfly valve. With choices possible in various torques and operating time with gear combination, KOSAPLUS’s electric actuator is conveniently designed to allow users to operate it easily.


The company’s products comply with NAMUR and ISO standards enabling easy and simple fi t with valves/accessories.

Tubular Pre-coated Filters

K-1 EcoTech is selling tubular pre-coated filters designated as innovative products by Korea’s Public Procurement Service, which are products applied with water-treatment technologies certified by the International Swimming Federation (FINA). As its next project, the company is developing and commercializing specialized filters for water quality improvement in water tanks in apartment houses.


In addition, K-1 EcoTech acquired new marine technologies in order to supply seawater farms, and is expanding its business area by applying its products to seawater.

Performing high-filtration linear velocity
The tubular pre-coated filter (K-TTF) requires a compact installation area (approximately 1/4 of its existing technology), compared to the conventional pressurized filters and horizontal pressure & multi-layer composite filters. It is an excellent product that provides filtration linear velocity of 5 to 6.25 m/hr.


In order to improve filtration performance, the filter medium is coated in advance – and after the filter operation is performed, the contaminants and the filter medium on the surface of the filter tube are removed through desorption, and the filter operation is performed again. The filter medium has the advantage of being reusable.


In addition, if the filtration efficiency is not recovered through the desorption process, the filtration efficiency can be recovered through backwashing, which is excellent in terms of management efficiency, as it takes just 10 minutes once per week.

Sludge Treatment System

However, if it is reduced to 80-90%ds and dried, high-quality renewable energy can be produced – and secondary environmental pollution can be reduced by more than 99%.

ELODE+NVD combination system
This system can process 80~90%ds in the shortest time with the lowest OPEX and CAPEX cost. It is simple and compact, allowing large-capacity processing in a small space.


It does not require as much space or maintenance costs as a rotary dryer, film dryer, low temp dryer, and thermal dryer. ELODE+NVD with the best competitiveness is now the latest trend.


The earlier you choose, the faster your ROI will surely be. If sludge of 20% DS per day is processed at $100/ton, 30 tons/day will require expenditure of more than US$1mil per year – but if ELODE+NVD is installed, such costs can be reduced by more than 90% and the initial purchase cost can be recovered within 24 months.
