Jeio Tech manufactures two representative CO2 incubator models, the IC-170 and ISC-190.

CO₂ Incubator, IC-170
The IC-170 CO₂ incubator is constructed with a deep-drawn, seamless stainless-steel chamber, effectively reducing contamination risks and allowing for easy maintenance. It can achieve an ISO Class-5 clean room environment, thanks to its integrated HEPA filtration system.
Additionally, the chamber can be sterilized using 180°C dry heat, completing a full decontamination cycle in under two hours. For laboratories with limited floor space, the IC-170 is dual stackable, enabling two units to be safely installed in a vertical configuration. These features make it an ideal choice for laboratories prioritizing cleanliness, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The model delivers proven performance, and is fully compliant with GMP standards. Temperature and CO₂ uniformity are validated at 27 points per DIN 12880, ensuring consistent chamber conditions. The system supports IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and is thus compatible with LC DataKeeper software for FDA 21 CFR part 11 data integrity. Its performance has been verified in collaboration with leading pharmaceutical companies.

CO₂ Shaking Incubator, ISC-190
The ISC-190 CO₂ shaking incubator combines stable incubation with precision shaking functionality. Its newly engineered motor platform incorporates internal balance weights, ensuring accurate and vibration-free shaking performance.
To maintain a hygienic internal environment, the unit is equipped with a built-in UV sterilization lamp, providing active contamination control.
Adding to user convenience, the incubator features the patented Push-Pull Slide™ system (Patent Registered), which allows for intuitive and ergonomic sample-loading and unloading. A lift-up door design further enhances accessibility and durability, thereby supporting long-term laboratory use. For optimized space efficiency, the ISC-190 is stackable up to three units.
