 Surge Relief Valve -Pilot Operating Type (SRVP)

Surge Relief Valve – Solenoid Valve Operating Type (SRV)
Installed in the bypass line, the SRV protects against water hammer caused by flow changes or pump stops; the pre-assembled model SRV-PDA, with main and solenoid valves and air set, is ready for field installation, promptly opening its main valve to counter water hammer when a surge command from the pressure transmitter activates the solenoid valve, thus achieving full opening in under 200 milliseconds for pressure spike control.

ASIA Technology Co., Ltd. has recently released a cultivator developed through its own technology. The small-sized multi-purpose cultivator, AMC-600M, is a product that completed its New Excellent Technology Authentication (April 2019), and patent registration (June and October, 2019).
The main features of AMC-600M include a device for detaching/attaching farming machines from/to a multi-purpose cultivator, a narrow-ridge steering clutch, and an unplowed-land-removing system used for the cultivator.

The AMC-600M device for detaching/attaching farming machines from/to a multi-purpose cultivator, which is the core technology of the next-generation cultivators, has dramatically improved the difficulty of removing and detaching/attaching farming machines.
Thanks to the modularized one-touch quick hitch system, a user merely needs to push the main body of the cultivator and a farming machine to the coupling location after setting the direction using the guide bar to automatically get them coupled by the alignment pin.
In addition, the one-touch coupling device is equipped with an automatic support-mounting system for anyone to easily attach a number of farming machines to the cultivator by himself/herself. And the time spent on detaching/attaching machines has been reduced by as much as 70% compared with other existing ones.

Narrow-ridge steering clutch system
The narrow-ridge steering clutch system can move along a narrow furrow and allow a user to conveniently steer the cultivator. As it is designed low-centered balanced to downwardly adjust the center of gravity, anyone is able to safely and easily operate this cultivator.

Plow-type system to prepare unplowed lands
The plow-type system to prepare unplowed lands for cultivation is able to efficiently handle unplowed land after conducting rotary works. Unlike those cultivators with fixed removing blades for unplowed lands, this system addresses the driving load issues that can arise when moving such cultivators backward to prepare unplowed lands.

L-Tie is made of carbon tool steel known as ATOS 780 that is mainly used for springs. It has an effect of controlling horizontal vibration by supporting walls & floors, and walls & ceilings.
 In particular, the curved joint part and the figural feature elastically support the wall structure, thereby supporting the ceiling structure, and dispersing loads concentrated on the wall structure when vibration occurs. These two parts coupled with an anchor also help to disperse living and fixed loads of a building under normal conditions.
The size of the ‘L’ anchor, which may affect the gap (50mm), or the number of delta pieces used to connect the vertical part and the bracket, has also been considered.

This steel product made in Korea is not a simple stiffener, but a preventing and controlling system designed to absorb and restore shocks when experiencing an earthquake. In short, it has been developed to minimize damage while working, like a safety belt of a car.

Seismic Bracing
By benchmarking the performance of the American hold-down hardware and merits of the Japanese vibration control system, the company has developed seismic bracings that can beef up the resistance to shearing forces and absorb vibrations arising from an earthquake, especially for wooden houses.

It also applies for anti-erosion and waterproofing in various structures such as chemical tanks, ordinary pipes and steel pipes, and industrial facilities.
