In the case of RED TIJ products, which are in the greatest demand these days, Intermac — as an HP-technology license agreement company — provides very stable quality with its TIJ systems developed based on HP technology. In addition, to protecting the cartridge consumable sales market of distributors in each country, each distributor is provided with a different dealer code.

At Interpack 2023, Intermac is scheduled to launch the new TIJ system. For customers who want to print higher than the existing 1/2-inch maximum print height, it has already launched a 1-inch system that can mark by installing a 1-inch cartridge.

Double Wall Paper Cup Forming Machines

Two types of double wall forming machines
The double wall forming machine (double cup machine) is a machine that produces double cups by adding one layer of paper to the outer surface of ordinary paper cups.
Future Pack’s double wall forming machines come in two types, according to the cup size: FPP-275A, which produces small cups from 8oz to 16oz; and FPP-275C, which produces large cups from 18oz to 32oz. The two machines have almost the same specifications, but there is a difference in the speed of paper cup production. The FPP-275A produces up to 55 per minute, while the FPP-275C produces up to 50 per minute.
Above all, the biggest advantage of double wall forming machines is that they can produce double cups using not only 1PE (polyethylene coated on one side), and 2PE (polyethylene coated on both sides) paper, but also PLA or water-based, plastic-free coating. Moreover, it is an environmentally friendly product that helps solve recycling-related issues.

Tubular Pre-coated Filters

[INQ. NO. 2307E03] K-1 EcoTech Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, and its main business areas are swimming pool facility maintenance management, manufacture and sales of water-purification devices, and operation & management of swimming pool facilities.


K-1 EcoTech is selling tubular pre-coated filters designated as innovative products by Korea’s Public Procurement Service, which are products applied with water-treatment technologies certified by the International Swimming Federation (FINA). As its next project, the company is developing and commercializing specialized filters for water quality improvement in water tanks in apartment houses.


In addition, K-1 EcoTech acquired new marine technologies in order to supply seawater farms, and is expanding its business area by applying its products to seawater.

Performing high-filtration linear velocity
The tubular pre-coated filter (K-TTF) requires a compact installation area (approximately 1/4 of its existing technology), compared to the conventional pressurized filters and horizontal pressure & multi-layer composite filters. It is an excellent product that provides filtration linear velocity of 5 to 6.25 m/hr.


In order to improve filtration performance, the filter medium is coated in advance – and after the filter operation is performed, the contaminants and the filter medium on the surface of the filter tube are removed through desorption, and the filter operation is performed again. The filter medium has the advantage of being reusable.


In addition, if the filtration efficiency is not recovered through the desorption process, the filtration efficiency can be recovered through backwashing, which is excellent in terms of management efficiency, as it takes just 10 minutes once per week.
