The WIZ-VR II series shortens process time and improves productivity by simultaneously executing product take-out and insertion processes in the injection process.
The series uses a servo pump system to reduce power consumption, and system reproducibility is within 0.1% with a closed-loop using an AC servo motor. This series makes low noise and enables precise control by using a precision rotary motor.”
In addition, all models have a tie-bar structure to support four injection fixtures, and the guide bar is designed in a slide type to reduce transfer resistance. They are thus evaluated as optimized for precision molding.

According to LS Mtron, the outstanding features of the WIZ-VR II series are easy installation by minimizing the installation space through optimizing the size of the injection molding machine; and flexible selection of a mold suitable for the product desired by the customer by making the size of the rotating plate optional.
In addition, by optimizing hydraulic oil tanks and hydraulic oil lines, the company is taking the lead in environmental protection by reducing the amounts of hydraulic oil used, and consumption of cooling water.
LS Mtron’s WIZ-VR series gave an injection demonstration of a vehicle gravity acceleration sensor at KOPLAS 2023 held at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Goyang City in March.

Korean Companies’ Ceaseless Efforts to PromoteAdvanced Export Items

Korea’s exports decreased for seven consecutive months until April this year in the aftermath of the prolonged economic slump in the semiconductor sector, which produces the nation’s main export product.
Exports of automobiles also increased in April, but failed to make up for the slump in semiconductors, petrochemicals, and displays.
The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) recently announced that the total amount of Korea’s exports in April was calculated at US$49.62 billion, which was a 14.2% decrease from April 2022.

As a result, the monthly export volume decreased from the same period last year for seven consecutive months from October 2022. In addition, the export scale in April was down from March 2023 ($55.1 billion).
Amidst this overall situation, Korean exporters are continuously making earnest efforts, including releasing new advanced items, to access new potential markets and thereby elevate their global brand awareness.
