Hydraulic Cylinders

HIMC Co., Ltd. started as Hain Precision Industry in 1987 and produced various industrial machine parts including automobile parts, agricultural machine parts, and elevator parts.
Since the company was designated as an OEM company for Dongyang Mechatronics (currently, DYPOWER) in 2006, it has produced hydraulic cylinders used in various construction machines including excavators, forklifts, tower wagons, and skid loaders.

Hydraulic cylinder is a machine part transmitting power using hydraulic pressure, and is applied to various industrial machines including excavators, forklifts, tower wagons, agricultural machines, and special vehicles.
Since 2006, HIMC has produced hydraulic cylinders only, and provided customized manufacturing rather than standardized cylinders according to the customer’s design and the machine conditions. Now, the company is producing all kinds of cylinders used in arms, booms, buckets, dozers, rams, outriggers, lifts, tilts, side shift cylinders, and so forth.
As HIMC processes its hydraulic cylinders with selfproduced SRB (Skiving Roller Burnishing), they have better durability and working performance than existing products. The company is producing tubes up to Ø 250 mm of bore, 3000 mm of length, and 750kgf/cm2 of test pressure. Contamination levels for cleaners and hydraulic fluids are managed in NAS (National Aerospace Standard) class 7, and measured periodically, once a week. Because the company has its own manufacturing for head covers, rod covers, pistons, and parts required in manufacturing hydraulic cylinders, it has a system that can respond in a timely manner, even for small quantity orders.

In 2013, the company acquired quality class certification (A-CLASS) from HITACHI Japan, and passed KOMATSU’s plant quality certificate evaluation.
In addition to hydraulic cylinders for existing construction machines, currently, HIMC is also producing hydraulic cylinders for agricultural machines such as tractors, combines, rice-planting machines, and various special vehicles such as garbage trucks, dump trucks, and trailers. It is producing 110 types of over 10,000 units per month, and developing various products constantly.

The company has currently developed its own worm wheel material called KOB3, which has the most suitable mechanical properties for heavy machine attachments, and is developing overseas markets with competitive unit prices.
Worm wheels are mainly used in heavy machine attachments such as rotators and tilt rotators, and are used in applications where various power transmissions are required.

Diaphragm

The impeller installed in a turbocharger typically has 12 to 20 blades arranged radially. The compressor side is usually made of aluminum, while the turbine side is made of heat-resistant alloys. Recently, new materials such as ceramics are also being used.

Highly Reliable Flame andGas Detectors

Since it was founded in 1990, Chang Sung Ace Co., Ltd. has rapidly grown into a domestically leading fire-suppression company, especially in the fields of safety systems for semiconductor equipment and disaster-preventing information technology (IT) products. Flame Detectors
CSA’s P-series flame detectors are used for industrial purposes, including automobile battery production lines, automobile assembly lines, metal processing lines, oil/gas industries and airports. They are certified by FM and EN 54-10 (Construction Products Regulation) approvals, and are tested by diverse flame sources like jet fuel (JP-4) and paper as well as normal fire sources like n-heptane, gasoline, and diesel.
With FM 3260 approvals, F-series flame detectors from CSA are intended for equipment protection against polypropylene flames, which are one of the typical flame sources in the semiconductor industry.
Among the latest models is CSHD-QIE-2000, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based wireless 4-channel (IR4) flame detector that can quickly alert control centers and administrators of fire outbreaks via wireless repeater and receiver, and notify them with short message service (SMS) messages.

Flammable- and Toxic-Gas Detectors
CSA’s popular CSG 1000F is a diffusion-type gas detector to prevent industrial accidents in advance, and to take prompt action by early detection of combustible gas leaks from various facilities or storage. With a flameproof and dust-ignition protection enclosure, the model was certified by ATEX and IECEx. With its explosion-proof structure, CSG 1000F provides continuous detection of flammable gases and indications of the concentration.

ATS and Catalysts
Ceracomb has the technical capability to perform the entire manufacturing process in-house ― from producing the ceramic honeycomb (support), to coating the catalyst and designing and manufacturing the ATS device ― which helps reduce costs, so that securing competitive unit prices is feasible.

In 2013, Ceracomb began supplying emergency generators with air temperature sensors (ATS) in Korea. The company has since secured technical achievements by applying its technologies to generators from a range of global engine manufacturers, including Cummins, Caterpillar, and Doosan. Following this, Korea’s first square catalyst was successfully developed, enabling performance enhancements and miniaturization of the device.

Since 2023, Ceracomb has been actively pursuing penetration of the U.S. market through its North American partner, GESi. In 2024, the company successfully supplied ATS to a bio-mass gas fuel generator in California which is subject to the world’s most stringent emissions regulations. This achievement not only marked a significant milestone in its technology development, but also earned Ceracomb a demonstration from the California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), thus further validating its capabilities.
Ceracomb is competing with other ATS manufacturers to enter the Americas market. The company has gained a 30% price advantage which has helped the company strengthen its competitiveness in the market.
Unlike other competitors’ ATS devices which have a single, integrated design that can be tricky to install in tight spaces, Ceracomb’s new EM-System developed in 2024 is modular, making it easy to install on-site and be adapted to the specific structure.

Ceracomb has been producing and supplying ceramic honeycombs using ceramic extrusion molding technology. The company has also developed and supplied industrial catalysts for removing hazardous gases, exhaust gas purification systems for vehicles, and equipment for air-environment engineering.

Cabin Air Filter
BIOLIGHT’s cabin air filter removes fine dust, viruses, harmful gases, and odors to maintain the comfort of the car interior. The sturdy four-sided frame prevents twisting after installation.
The line hot-melt treatment in the center of the filter keeps the gap between the pleats constant, so that the differential pressure and breathability are maintained evenly, including under strong wind pressure. It also helps prolong the life of the filter by always keeping the filtration area constant.
