JESCO produces steel pipes that support headrests and seat frames in automobiles mainly, such as seat handles and power steering, along with airbags, fuel and gas pipes. The products meet the needs of its customers in various sizes of pipe production.
Based on computer-controlled systems, their minimum tolerance control is adjusted, according to customers’ requests. The company uses a nipple filter to minimize inner bead and warrants its products with two-colored thermometer based on high reliability for welding abilities.

Including low and high hardness, a wide range of production line is available. With constant tests using the Eddy-Current tester, quality criteria are continuously increasing along with maintenance management to produce high-quality products.
JESCO leads small diameter automotive pipe fields with its know-how and technical skills proven and demonstrated over 39 years in the market.

Its R&D staffs comprise 10% of the workforce, while the company invests more than 2% of the annual turnover in research and development. The R&D team is involved in research planning, management, product design, mill tubing technology, reliability estimation, and verification.
JESCO has been exporting an additional four to five containers (80 to 100 tons) per month to the Americas since August last year under a new contract.

Single/Three-Phase Solid Automatic Circuit Recloser

Entec’s single/three-phase solid automatic circuit recloser (EPRIS/EPR-1, EPR-2, EPR-3) are designed for the application in overhead line and substation for voltage classes up to 15.5kV, 27kV, and 38kV, respectively.
 The operating mechanism uses a permanent magnetic actuator that guarantees high reliability and maintenance-free operation. It uses vacuum interrupters encapsulated in epoxy bushings for arc quenching, thus eliminating the need for insulants such as oil and gas.
The bushings are made of Hydrophobic Cycloaliphatic Epoxy (HCEP) that provides excellent insulation performance even under harsh climatic environments and in polluted areas.

The recloser tank and control cubicle are made of stainless steel, which has strong endurance against hot, humid, dusty, or corrosive environments.
The recloser is supplied with a complete microprocessor-based controller (ETR300-R or EVRC2A-NT) including metering, monitoring, recording, and communication functions.
The recloser has been fully type-tested by accredited laboratories such as KEMA, CESI or KERI according to the international standards ANSI/IEEE C37.60 and IEC 62271-111.

Tough Pitch Copper (C1100)

Oxygen-free Copper (C1010, C1020)
Oxygen-free copper has high electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent formability, hydrogen embrittlement resistance, excellent welding and solderability, and outstanding processability and drawing processability.
In the information and communication and semiconductor fields, this product is used for coaxial cables, sputtering targets, and lead frames for semiconductors. In the electrical and home appliance fields, this product is used for magnetron anodes, lead wires, ultra-fine wires, vacuum circuit breakers, crimping terminals, gaskets for vacuum equipment, and motor stops for home appliances. In the automotive field, this product is used for commutators for high-speed motors and gaskets for automobiles.

Oxygen-free copper is an alloy that maximizes ductility and minimizes hardening due to processing by containing more than 99.95% copper, less than 10ppm oxygen, and extremely restricting other impurities. It is an essential material for magnetrons in microwave ovens, commutators for high-speed motors, coaxial cables, and crimping terminals.

WiFi Filter

WIDU’s WiFi Filter is short for Wide Fiber Filter, which is “pull/rotation fiber filtering equipment” used to improve the water quality of purification facilities, sewage treatment plants, wastewater plants and re-circulated filteration facilities by utilizing the fiber filter media with activated carbon added inside the strainer.
To get the equipment started, the fiber filter media inside the strainer is pulled up and rotated, to control the pores and subsequent filtration, and then the backwash processes are repeated automatically.
When proceeding with filtration, the fiber filter media is compressed to shrink the size of the pores in a way of filtering out the suspended solids in the raw water. When reaching the set pressure and time, the backwash is started to wash out the suspended solids that are attached to the fiber filter media by using backwash water and air.
The use of the fiber filer media that is embedded with activated carbon is also able to remove simple suspended solids and improve not only turbidity, but also some colors.

Depending on the changes in the filling rate of the filter media and thickness of the fiber, the efficiency of the filtration and backwash can be enhanced.
As the backwash air chamber is placed inside the strainer, it is possible to blow the backwash air out evenly.
When proceeding with the backwashing process, the backwash air from the bottom of the fiber filter media is evenly emitted, resulting in enhancing the efficiency of the backwashing process.

By adding variety to the pores of the filter media through compression and relaxation processes when doing the filtration and backwash, the efficiency of the filtration and backwash is outstanding.
The filtering equipment can be manufactured in both compression and gravity types.
The filtering equipment is excellent in terms of performance and it is simple to do the backwash with only a small amount of backwash water needed. In addition, the filling rate of the fiber filter media can be adjusted and the filter media can be manufactured and replaced with ease.
Thanks to the simple internal structure, the equipment is easy to maintain and is effective in reducing costs as it needs only a minimum area for its installation.
