A spokesperson for the company remarked “ehearts will be with you wherever you and your family go around the city.” The electric bicycle’s drive motor uses a mid-motor with a rated output of 350W, and the battery uses an LG Energy Solution cell with maximum 33torque of 36V-10.5Ah with10-speed transmission of the slam GX. Therefore, it is lightweight powerful and efficient in terms of performance, and is suitable for commuting because of its good ride.

Fork suspension also uses air to provide lightweight shock absorption. The charging time is ideal for 4-5hours, the brakes are Sram hydraulic, the speed is PAS 25km/h, and the tires are Kenda Tire 20*1.95, famous for the latest round-style and high-life tires in advanced Europe.

Made of lightweight alloy material for easy carrying & longer travel distance

It is made of a lightweight alloy material of 20.9 kg suitable for carrying, and delivers excellent performance with a maximum travel distance of 50 km. “Innovative features and practical designs exceed customer expectations. Brass oil-less bearing

Brass oil-less bearing SGO #500 is a plain bearing with graphite plugged to base metal, brass. Fine particles of solid lubricant create lubrication film on the motion part, when friction occurs, and the bearing can achieve excellent self-lubrication and abrasion-resistance under dry-lubricating conditions.

While lubrication is not applied, SGO #500 can achieve excellent performance in high-load and low-speed motion and can be used where tolerance is imprecise or working conditions are tough. SGO has three kinds of SGO #500 as per mechanical properties, and #500 SP24 is a special high-strength brass for high-load use in construction equipment and injection molding machines. Standards parts and custom-made parts are available.

Steel-backed sintered bearing

SGO’s new brand, THEDVELON, is a steel-backed sintered bearing designed to replace conventional brass bearings. Sintered materials (1~1.2mm) including Cu, Fe, Ni, Sn, MoS2, Graphite and oil-impregnated pores are featured as a new-generation sliding bearing. Air starting motor

WowBoard

All the materials have their own characteristics to apply on completed goods. POS-SJ is specifically designed for steel-pallet making through an MOU signed between Samjung and POSCO, and these can be more strongly resistant to sea water corrosion. Cutting processes expose high temperature to the cutting section. This causes stress on the edge, which makes the edges harder.
However, the center of the plate remains undisturbed. Eventually, hardness throughout one pallet becomes unbalanced. To solve this problem, Samjung gives equal pressure to the entire pallet to relieve the stress on the steel pallet. WowBoard makes blocks with more density and more equally due to made to order steel, specialized material, stress relief, excellent vibration transmissibility and coated surface.

AlphaBoard

AlphaBoard is a next-generation production pallet for concrete blocks and pavers. Due to its truss structure, AlphaBoard is very light in weight (50~70% the weight of solid steel pallets), durable, has excellent vibration transmissibility, and zero deflection rate.
Such characteristics make the board perfect for manufacturing dense or large-sized products with less occurrence of cracks.

MetaBoard

When a steel pallet has corrosion-resistance features, it offers many benefits to its users. Samjung offers many different corrosion-resistant pallet options such as WowBoard in POS-SJ, and AlphaBoard in stainless, although MetaBoard shows significate differences in features.
MetaBoard surfaces are covered by GI steel, so clients can expect corrosion-resistant features. There are additional vibration frames inside the pallets, which enhance the flatness and vibration transmission rate.
MetaBoard’s manufacturing procedure emits less CO2, and it is made with fully recyclable material, so cashback is possible after use. Thanks to outstanding vibration transmissibility, customers can produce high-quality products with fewer materials.
