High-Pressure Band

In the early stages, the company mainly produced parts used for writing instruments. In 2013, it started to provide parts for the shipbuilding sector after developing pin-type stainless cable ties with clamping force enhanced.


A high-pressure band is a hose clamp used to tie up hoses connected to flow fluids or gases in various industrial fields including marine shipbuilding, plants, aviation, heavy industries, automobiles, heavy equipment, and power plants.
This product is a high-pressure hose clamp with the tensile and coupling force improved thanks to the technical development of a ratchet-structured gear system that can be used even in high-temperature, high-pressure and vibrating environments.


The high-pressure band is thin (0.3mm) but provides intensive tensile force (450kgf). It is not needed to process screw threads onto the band. And any length can be manufactured as there is no limit.
By processing tilt angles on the edge of the band, it can leave the covers of hoses, wires or laggings undamaged, while retaining the excellent clamping force.
Once coupled, the high-pressure band stays tightened permanently without getting loosened from external impacts. However, it is also possible for a worker to untie it easily.

Turbine Casing Bolts

Pipe Couplings & Pipe Repair Clamp Joints

YN-couplings are the easiest way to join and repair pipes of all materials. They require no special tools or pipe-end preparation.
YN-pipe couplings provide a fast and easy permanent connection to join two pipes together. YN-couplings come fully assembled and ready to install. A torque wrench is the only tool required to do the job. With a minimum of two bolts, simply slip over or wrap around the ends of the two pipes and tighten the bolts according to the torque mentioned on the product label.

There are two different models of pipe couplings to suit different applications of pipe materials — namely, restrained couplings and non-restrained couplings. Restrained couplings provide pull-out resistance and axial restraint, and lock the pipes together, leaving no allowance for vibration or movement. Non-restrained couplings are however designed to allow for movement — but do not provide pull-out resistance and axial restraint, or lock the pipes together.
The pipe couplings feature flexibility, light weight, and pipe-misalignment, and are resistant to vibration, vacuum, and fire — and are used in shipbuilding, wastewater treatment, general industry, and construction.
YN-couplings are used to join and repair any plain end pipe including steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, FRP, PVC, CPVC, C900, copper and CuNi piping.

Grip Type Coupling : GR-S, GR-L

Electronic Parking Brake System

NO. 2311M54] The rear brake structure of recently released vehicles is based on the electronic parking brake system, which is different from the existing wire type, and cannot be purchased aftermarket brakes. To address this issue, STOLZ has put its own technology into developing its EPB rear 4-piston brake system.
As a product developed for large-sized SUVs and high-performance vehicles, FEX 8-piston large calipers and 405mm rotors are installed in the front wheels and FEX 4-piston calipers and 380mm rotors are used for the rear wheels.
Thanks to the 3D precise designing technology, each of the brakes is manufactured only for their own vehicles. The bracket structure optimized for compatibility is designed to be applied to rear EPB vehicles by simply changing brackets.
The caliper is made of lightweight materials based on forged aluminum alloy and is precisely cut with the innovative MCT equipment into STOLZ’s unique designs. And the disc rotor is based on the 2-piece combination between high-performance lightweight plates that include patented ventilation-structured carbons, and the aluminum housing, so as to improve the most important factors in the braking performance such as lightweight and heat-radiation (heat-release) effects.
