Ultra-compact Remote Control Electrical Excavator

One-ton class electric track excavator (DaVinci10)
DaVinci10 is a one-ton class electric track excavator, which is designed for applying diverse power tools in narrow spaces, as well as for securing the operator’s safety by the use of a remote controller. There are two models available to meet the market needs.

DaVinci10B was developed for remodeling construction works at indoor construction job site of high-rise buildings. The traditional one-ton class excavator is too heavy and big to move by an elevator. Customer benefits and enablers are as follows:
The modular product architecture, which separates the front attachments from the 1430mm long and 750 kg main body (B model) is the solution to superior transportability to the worksite of high-rise buildings via an elevator.
Adoption of the three-linkage mechanism front attachment provides the convenience to travel in the narrow jobsite and to work on wall and ceiling. Zero-emission electric power system and a customized RF remote controller are the enablers of operator health and safety. Dual electric power system, LiFePO4 battery with onboard charger and 220VAC plug-in, makes possible 8-hour continuous work.

The 300 mm high waterproof frame and short boom structure (C model) provide the accessibility to minimum 1m wide and 1.2m high culvert for maintenance and repair works.
By applying state-of-the-art sensors and smart control technology, novice operators can control the equipment easily. Also, the online monitoring system and Web portal service makes the preventive maintenance and status monitoring possible.

It does not generate missing hills as it has adopted a seeding role that discharges static electricity. And the C-type equipped with moving wheels to which power is transmitted is convenient when loading and unloading trucks, moving packages, and moving on slopes.
In addition, the depth of each plow can be controlled. As the driving wheel and the pressing wheel are all made of aluminum, it is light and has improved concentricity uniformity. Thanks to the auxiliay wheels in the front, it can rotate 180 degrees.

Large seed seeder JDT-4R
The JDT-4R is attached to the rear of a tractor or rotavator and mainly sows large seeds such as soybeans, corn, and adlay, etc. It is equipped with various disks according to the seed, and it also prevents seeds from getting stuck due to a double hopper and a partition in the middle of the hopper.
In addition, the V-type suppression roll enables soil covering and suppression roll leveling simultaneously, and an optional fertilization device is available.

Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG)

Line pipe

Today, it also continues supplying the sour service line pipe or pipe for offshore and low-temperature steel pipes that can resist the -45°C extremely cold environment of Canada.

Excellent space utilization due to compact design
The EFS-33 has a compact design and offers excellent space utilization. The main body of the EFS-33 is located at a low height (650 mm) that allows it to be placed at the bottom of an experimental bench or table. It provides convenient air volume control and intuitive display of fan level (maximum 240 m3/h). EFS-33 has excellent durability and is safer when using chemicals as it uses a BLDC motor that does not generate sparks. It allows the user to select an appropriate filter as an option depending on the experimental environment, and single/dual arm, arm diameter, and hood can be selected according to the usage environment.

Providing convenience in use
EFS-33 is equipped with a pre-filter as standard, which can extend the life of other filters. Depending on the material used, up to two suitable filters can be installed. Excavator Attachments

Thumb grapple
A thumb grapple is mounted behind the arm stick of an excavator, and is the most convenient and useful product among attachments. It is durable and does not break down easily, and it is affordably priced, so it is an excavator attachment with very high cost-effectiveness.
Before the manufacture of the thumb grapple, ropes, strings, etc. were used to load and unload items. Previously, it was very inconvenient to perform construction work, due to the fact that when picking up an object, workers had to use a string or rope to balance it, and thus faced dangerous situations where accidents could occur.

After the thumb grapple was introduced, it is located right behind the excavator arm stick. Since this product shares the pin of the arm hinge, it is close to an excavator integrated type and is conveniently used for various purposes.
For example, it can easily hold drums, plumbing pipes, asphalt pieces, large and small stones, trees, etc., thereby significantly reducing work time. Due to quick workability and convenience, in Korea, the buyer of an excavator can install the thumb grapple as soon as it is delivered. It is currently used in attachments of excavators manufactured by Volvo, Hyundai, Doosan, Kubota, and Yanma.

Excavator attachment shear
