[INQ. NO. 2309M25] dooVAC’s DEN 400 is a water-sealed vacuum pump developed by complementing suction pumps exclusively for dental hospitals. The basic structure of the product is simply composed of a turbo-fan wing and a cylinder.
Water-sealed vacuum pumps are well-suited for processes in which the incoming air contains corrosive gases or large amounts of water by vacuuming in a sealed state with liquid inside a cylinder.
For this application, a filter, a vacuum gauge and a pressure controller are installed in the suction pipe, filters and valves in the water supply pipe for leak prevention. In addition, a double-temperature sensor and an overload protection-switch protect the motor.


To ensure safety in using electricity and water at the same time, the company manufactured the product as a practical one-piece by incorporating an electric converter with the product to turn the product on-and-off with DC 24 volt power. One DEN suction pump can be used for three or four dental chairs at the same time.
The company’s DES402 works for four to ten dental chairs, and can save water and electric power if it is used in large hospitals.
The use of a single large-capacity model can prevent the inhalation pump from shutting down medical services in an entire hospital.

Carbon-ceramic brake disc for high-performance vehicles
DACC Carbon, based on aircraft carbon brake disc manufacturing technology, completed the development of carbon-ceramic brake discs for high-performance vehicles in 2007 for the second time in the world and entered the market.
Compared to existing cast iron brake discs, the carbon-ceramic brake disc has better durability, wear resistance, heat resistance, and lightness, so it has about four times longer life. It also displays stable brake performance without brake fade even at high temperatures.

Hydraulic cylinder is a machine part transmitting power using hydraulic pressure, and applied to various industrial machines including excavators, forklifts, tower wagons, agricultural machines, and special vehicles.


Since 2006, HIMC has produced hydraulic cylinders only, and provided customized manufacturing rather than standardized cylinders according to the customer’s design and the machine conditions. Now, the company is producing all kinds of cylinders used in arms, booms, buckets, dozers, rams, outriggers, lifts, tilts, side shift cylinders, and so forth.
As HIMC processes its hydraulic cylinders with selfproduced SRB (Skiving Roller Burnishing), they have better durability and working performance than existing products. The company is producing tubes up to Ø 250 mm of bore, 3000 mm of length, and 750kgf/cm2 of test pressure. Contamination level for cleaner and hydraulic fluid is managed in NAS (National Aerospace Standard) class 7, and measured periodically, once a week. Because the company has its own manufacturing for head covers, rod covers, pistons, and parts required in manufacturing hydraulic cylinders, it has a system that can respond in a timely manner, even for small quantity orders.
In 2013, the company acquired quality class certification (A-CLASS) from HITACHI Japan, and passed KOMATSU’s plant quality certificate evaluation.
In addition to hydraulic cylinders for existing construction machines, currently, the company is also producing hydraulic cylinders for agricultural machines such as tractors, combines, rice-planting machines, and various special vehicles such as garbage trucks, dump trucks, and trailers. Combination Air-Release and Vacuum-Breaker Valve (CAV-D)
Combination air valves function like air/vacuum valves, automatically releasing small air pockets under pressure, similarly to air-release valves.

Vacuum Breaker Valve (KSVB)
The KSVB safeguards equipment from excessive vacuum, spanning -150 mmW.C to -9,600 mmW.C; it is available in aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, and Ni-Al bronze bodies with diverse trims for customization.

Surge Relief Valve -Pilot Operating Type (SRVP)
The pre-assembled model SRVP, including main, low, and high pilot valves, is set for on-site installation in the bypass line to protect against flow-change surges using these valves in a coordinated manner.

Surge Relief Valve – Solenoid Valve Operating Type (SRV)
Installed in the bypass line, the SRV protects against water hammer caused by flow changes or pump stops; the pre-assembled model SRV-PDA, with main and solenoid valves and air set, is ready for field installation, promptly opening its main valve to counter water hammer when a surge command from the pressure transmitter activates the solenoid valve, thus achieving full opening in under 200 milliseconds for pressure spike control.
