[INQ. NO. 2405M08] KOSAPLUS Co., Ltd. has confident and sufficient knowledge of actuators, based on over 20 years of experience in producing electric and pneumatic actuators in Korea.
With state-of-the-art technology, the company has production capacity of more than 25,000pcs/month, equipped with a complete in-house system – from design, to fabricating and assembling under QC management that ensures prompt delivery, competitive prices, and high reliability of the products for customers.
A valve actuator is designed to open/close such devices as ball valves and butterfly valves using pneumatic pressure or electric motor power. There are two different types of valve actuators that the company is manufacturing – pneumatic, and electric actuators

Pneumatic actuators (Scotch Yoke and Rack & Pinion type)
These pneumatic actuators designed to cover the range of ball valve (1/2“~10”) and butterfly valve (1-1/2“~40”) are applicable to various valves with a full range product line-up complete with even large size and wide torque range.
Having a structure that is very durable with a small friction surface, they are well adapted for quarter (90°) turn valves such as ball valve and butterfly valve. They are widely applicable to various spaces with the compact size and sharp competitive edge in prices with a full range of models.
The Scotch yoke type of pneumatic actuator has relatively higher torque than that of the Rack&Pinion type.

Electric actuators (Spur gear and Scotch yoke type)
These electric actuators designed to cover the torque range from 8Nm up to 1200Nm are well-adapted for quarter (90°) turn valves such as ball valve and butterfly valve. With choices possible in various torques and operating time with gear combination, KOSAPLUS’s electric actuator is conveniently designed to allow users to operate it easily.
The company’s products comply with NAMUR and ISO standards enabling easy and simple fit with valves/accessories. Customers are able to request various options such as 4~20mA modulating control, IP68 waterproof, and others, to suit their site conditions. For a special application, KOSAPLUS is also manufacturing the explosion-proof type of electric actuator according to the standard of Ex d IIB T4 IP67.

[INQ. NO. 2405M03] ENERTORK LTD. has been producing electric actuators, reducers and related products since its establishment in 1987. ENERTORK directly supplies, installs, test runs, and conducts follow-up management of electric actuators for plants (power generation, oil refinery, gas) and related organizations.
Representative electric actuators developed and manufactured by ENERTORK come in two series ― the TX series and TM series.
The TX series (multiple-turn actuator) is equipped with an LDC window and error signal that are maintained even in the event of a power outage. There is advance notification for maintenance and repairs. The TX series provides a variety of information through a large LCD window, and enables information to be set by using a remote control or wireless device (smartphones, etc.) without opening the cover.
The TM series (multiple-turn actuator) is a product that can be directly connected to multiple-turn valves such as globe valves and gate valves, or can be combined with a reducer to apply to 90˚ rotary valves such as dampers, ball valves, and butterfly valves. These are easy to disassemble and assemble, making it easy to inspect and replace parts.
ENERTORK succeeded in domestically producing electric actuators in 1992. In 2003, it developed an electric actuator for nuclear power generation. ENERTORK, which built a factory in Yeoju in 2004, was selected as a preliminary product supplier for Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP) in 2006.
Subsequently, in 2007, ENERTORK supplied life-extended actuators to Kori No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant. In 2009, ENERTORK delivered electric actuators to Shin Kori Units 3 and 4, which are being built by KHNP. Units 3 and 4 are Korea’s first new light water reactor 1400 (APR1400) nuclear power plants with a capacity of 1,400 MW.
ENERTORK, which has solidified its position as Korea’s leading electric actuator producer, plans to further focus on product and technology research to become one of the world’s top- 10 manufacturers of electric actuators.
