[INQ. NO. 1311M01] Chungoh Engineering’s artificial fishing banks are designed to provide spawning grounds for fish and places for protecting and nurturing baby fish. They not only nurture sea resources, but also improve the efficiency of fishing by spawning a possible large group of fish as well.

Furthermore, they help shortening of the fishing time greatly through the effect of their closer location to fishing grounds and also prevent eutrophication in coastal waters by cultivating algae.

There are two types of artificial fishing banks manufactured by Chungoh Engineering, depending on the water depth. One is a coastal artificial fishing bank that is installed at less than 20m of water depth. And the other is an artificial fishing bank for the adjoining seas, which is positioned at water depths of from 20 to 50m.

And functionally, they are divided into fishing-purpose of artificial fishing bank and sea resources-nurturing purpose of artificial fishing bank.
