[INQ. NO. 1403M19] Hoong-A’s continuous motion horizontal cartoner HC 400 is an upgraded model to improve the production speeds of up to 400 cartons per minute, keeping the basic design and platform of HC 300.

Servo drives on all the machine movements provide a precise control and reliability at high-speed production and electronic cams are controlled by the HMI touch screen panel.

The HC 400 cartoner meets market needs for operation safety and good accessibility. It also features efficient integration compatibility, flexibility and reliability. HC 400 achieves optimum production outputs across a wide variety of products by the innovative product transfer via chain and pulleys combined with safety clutches on all main drives movements.

The specific functional features of the model include production capacity of up to 400 cartons per minute in Max, MMI control via PC and touch panel, carton forming by three (3) head rotary arms, servo drive, applying of SUS304 stainless steel, adjustable product in-feed bucket conveyor width, checking system for presence of product feeding into carton, and bottle product available.

There is also the HC300 continuous motion horizontal cartoning machine. Designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and in observance of GMP standards. It is built with a balcony-style structure complying with the current GMP directives to allow complete visibility and inspection / maintenance / easy and swift cleaning.

The main driving mechanism includes a servo drive and timing belt for operation with the minimum maintenance. This fully streamlined machine offers quick format changeover or adjustment of systems via easy access with minimum number of parts.
