Low Nox Condensing Fire Tube Boiler
The Condensing Boiler replenishes this hot exhaust gas. Condensing is the physical process in which a gas condenses into liquid, so its hot gas is named a Condensing Boiler after it heats cold water.
The Condensing Boiler is equipped with an additional latent heat exchanger, which enables the reuse of the latent heat with exhaust gas. Because of the recycling of hot exhaust gases, the energy efficiency is 97% higher than the thermal efficiency of conventional boilers (82 to 85%).
Consequently, the temperature of the ventilation boiler is only 50 to 60 degrees Celsius.
The Condensing Boiler installs two special waste-heat recovery units (Heat Pipe Type Air Pre heater + Economizer).
Recovery of the condensed latent heat by lowering the temperature of the exhaust gas to below the dew point is possible.
More than 90 % of boiler efficiency based on total heat generation is ensured. It reduces air pollutants such as CO2 and CO, thus contributing to environmental improvement. The Condensing Boiler adopts advanced safety control technology, an air proportional control unit.

High-efficiency Once-Through Boiler
More than 96% efficiency and lowered fuel costs are achieved through adapting the water pipes (Fin tube + spiral pipe applied) high-performance burner, unique main body structure, and air pre-heater.
Perfect combustion with low emissions reduces the burden on the environment. Equipped with an economizer, it absorbs the high-temperature exhaust-gas heat generated after combustion as much as possible and increases the water-supply temperature to maximize efficiency.
One-touch switch controls from water-supply to steam-generation can be automatically operated as simple and easy as the boilers for use. High-quality dried steam and steam dried 99% or more are ensured. Their beautiful design is suitable for boiler all environment uses. The stainless steel case prevents rust in humid environments.
