Horizontal Cutter
Sinjin Machinery’s horizontal cutter is a machine that horizontally cuts polyurethane foam to a desired thickness.
The servo motor of the cutter minimizes errors in product thickness, and the automatic mode automatically calculates the work quantity. It features a knife sharpening grinder, a dust collector, and a table vacuum suction device.
The table specifications can be customized to meet user requirements, and it is possible to cut high-hardness, high-density foam by changing the table vacuum suction device to high pressure. This machine is a fundamental necessity for the primary processing of polyurethane foam.
This machine has a maximum speed of 55 m/min, can cut thicknesses from 2 to 150 mm, and has a cutting error range of ±0.1 mm.
