These products are characterized by maintaining the performance of existing models while reducing the size by about a half so that they can be installed in narrow spaces.
These models provide a relatively wide inspection area despite their compact size, and the addition of a coaxial light as a detachable/attachable option has greatly improved the usability and convenience of the product.
The compact models include Surf.Finder-MS and Surf.Finder-ML; and Surf.Finder-MS-C and Surf.Finder-ML-C with coaxial light as an optional.
Among these, the MS model is suitable for inspection targets with rough surfaces that are small in size and have a shape, such as semiconductors and smartphone components; while the ML-C model is suitable for inspection targets that feature flat, shiny surfaces, and curved edges ― such as displays and films.
Surf.Finder is a surface inspection sensor, and its representative technologies include free illumination and surface-property-imaging.
Free illumination technology can freely configure and control the lighting shape according to the size, shape, and material of the product, making it suitable for a variety of inspection objects that require various lighting conditions and complex inspection objects that require various lighting conditions. In this way, the optimal lighting conditions can be set for objects with various surface properties with a single illumination sensor.
In addition, surface-condition imaging technology implemented based on optical theory and mathematical operation algorithms provides seven pieces of surface condition information at once in the form of images ― such as reflectivity information, roughness information, and slope information.
