Parking Management System
NEXPA’s end-to-end solutions for smart parking include its ‘Parking Management System’ which comprises the flagship LPR machines at the gates (entrance and exit) along with boom gates, intercom and optional toll booth/payment machines for payment collections. A parking fee calculation system can be integrated with the RFID card reader or ticket systems to provide a ‘bullet-proof’ revenue control system.
Alternatively, NEXPA also offers ‘Automatic Payment Machines’ for combined functionality of a ‘Find My Car’ kiosk and parking fee payment before heading out to the exit gate(s).
This approach with the ‘Auto Payment Machine’ enables ticket-less parking operations since all the incoming/outgoing vehicles are recognized by their license plate numbers, and charged tariffs based on the different parking fee rates and advance payment status within the grace period once paid through the auto payment machines.

Parking Guidance System
At the core of the system is NEXPA’s patented POE powered IP camera embedded with an LED indicator which lights up in different colors dynamically and instantly and performs deep learning based image-processing for car detection and license plate recognition at the edge side and encodes video streams and image for back-end NVR servers (for surveillance).
NEXPA’s back-end solutions include a ‘Central Car park Management Server’ (equivalent to “Central Management Operating Platform Software), which single-handedly provides all aspects of smart parking operations at no extra cost — such as a more accurate parking guidance system; dynamic “parking bay type” assignment; generating /viewing various graphic reports; instant car-park/floor status+statistics; VIP/Handicap/Black List access-list management on a parking bay level; graphical error reporting/detection; instant video playback/find video stream based on meta-data; and a total “Surveillance System.
