[INQ. NO. 1403M18] Hoong-A’s newly developed high-speed blister machine HM 600R is capable of production speeds up to 600 blisters per minute utilizing a rotary sealing system. Lateral punching speed of 300 cycles per minute, dual lane architecture and a trouble-free servo drive system permits exceptional productivity. It is an uppermost model and upgraded for the best-quality products.
Fast format changeovers are possible by selecting preset parameters of a specific format on the control system. Servo drives and the PC control system fully automate the operation and provide a user-friendly environment for inexperienced operators.
The entire operation manual is stored in the PC control system for the operator’s convenience. Besides newly applied horizontal punching system leads to perfect blister discharging and easy integration of blister in-line operation. Punched blisters are transferred by a discharge wheel and positioned onto the discharge conveyor with the utmost pace and accuracy.
HM 600R handles a wide selection of blister packaging materials including all conventional thermo-forming materials such as PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/ACLAR, PP and COC along with aluminum for cold forming. The remaining features of the model include MMI control via industrial PC control system, compact floor space, three individual temperature-controlled preheating, drum sealing station + self adjustment indexing by servo motor, servo-controlled blister machine, easy and fast format mold changeover, convenient integration system for downstream machine, PP film applicable, and cGMP compliant design.
