Livestock Blood Recycling System

https://korean-machinery.com///inquiry[INQ. NO. 1708M01] Established as a bio-manufacturing corporation in 2013, NANUM Co., Ltd., has successfully launched a bio-degradable liquid amino acid fertilizer and feed additive by researching and developing the method of recycling blood from slaughtering livestock that is currently being dumped into the sea. The company holds two domestic patents and has applied for two international PCTs, thus striving to expand the company’s scope and develop new products.
NANUM’s production facilities re-use the daily disposed blood from slaughtering by using eco-friendly technology with enzymes as useful resources. Instead of chemically treating blood proteins with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, it breaks down enzymes to high-quality natural amino acids, further producing natural amino acid fertilizer and natural amino acid feed additive simultaneously.

It saves the wastewater treatment cost on the disposal of blood, protects water-quality and soil environment, and can create high-profit by producing fertilizer and feed products. This environmentally friendly technology does not generate secondary pollutants during the production process and can recover the entire facility investment costs within two to three years.
