World’s First Bimetallic High-Temperature Thermometer

NO. 1911M31] Sinwoo’s measuring instruments and bimetallic high-temperature thermometer applied mainly to marine engines are high-quality vibration resistance thermometers especially fitted to the exhausting gas side where most of the vibrations are produced from the engine.
These products are currently being delivered to Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Doosan Engine Co., Ltd., and STX Engine Co. Ltd., besides being exported globally to the USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
This bimetallic thermometer with specifically high resistance against vibration is receiving favorable responses from overseas customers, and is applied mainly for high temperatures like 650°C, not only to marine engines but also to power plants, general industrial purpose engines and medium/small-sized engines, and is suitable for measuring a wide range of temperatures such as 60°C, 100°C, 150°C, 200°C, 250°C and 320°C.
Direct reading type, remote reading type and other types are available for this kind of thermometer in both oil filled type and no oil filled type. Also available are PF screw and PT screw for the screw type with size range in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, and 3/4.”
Outer diameters of the thermometer are 65mm, 75mm, and 100mm with screw part material made of stainless steel, steel, and copper.
And the accuracy of the thermometers is ±2% with reference to the full scale. Thermometer type carries SW-BLT, SW-BLL, SW-BDT, SW-BDL, and SW-TC100.
