IR3 Flame Detector (RFD-3000X)
[INQ. NO. 2208M04] As a flame detector, the RFD 3000X detects a fire by analyzing the range of ultraviolet and infrared wavelengths emitted by the fire. Thanks to its wide viewing angle of 90˚, the detector is able to detect a fire quickly by monitoring an area of up to 30m. As this detector is equipped with self-diagnosis test functions and waterproof and explosion-proof structures, it can be safely used at industrial sites including oil refineries, gas facilities, and others.
Such output-processing methods as the relay contact method, the 4-20mA current output method, the RS-485 communication method, and others are all available, making it possible for the detector to be flexibly connected with external systems. It can be widely applied as it has obtained certifications at home and abroad, including KFI, KGS, FM, ATEX, IECEx, CCC, NEPSI, and others.
Thanks to its built-in self-diagnosis function, reliability has been improved. Tolerance for unwanted fire alarm sources such as sunlight, artificial light, and others has been strengthened. It can detect fires in common places with high floor heights, such as terminals, warehouses, shopping malls, and others. As the detector is placed inside a firm stainless-steel enclosure, it is outstanding in corrosion resistance.
