Automated Coil (Heat Exchanger) Brazing Line
SK BRAZING plans to introduce the fully automated coil (heat exchanger) brazing line newly developed in 2023. Specifically, it is a 35-meter large-scale coil brazing line consisting of a dry oven, automatic vent-inserting and robot-inserting machines, an automatic-coil brazing machine, and a header robot automatic brazing machine. This machine is an optimized heat exchanger brazing line utilizing vision sensors, temperature sensors, and four robots.
Dual Tube Induction Brazing Machine
At HARFKO 2026, SK BRAZING also plans to unveil the aluminum dual-tube induction brazing machine, based on eco-friendly energy-saving technology. It is a new concept eco-friendly brazing machine capable of brazing two tubes into an aluminum block, a technique that no one in the world has ever produced before this.
