Air starting motor

WowBoard

All the materials have their own characteristics to apply on completed goods. POS-SJ is specifically designed for steel-pallet making through an MOU signed between Samjung and POSCO, and these can be more strongly resistant to sea water corrosion. Cutting processes expose high temperature to the cutting section. This causes stress on the edge, which makes the edges harder.
However, the center of the plate remains undisturbed. Eventually, hardness throughout one pallet becomes unbalanced. To solve this problem, Samjung gives equal pressure to the entire pallet to relieve the stress on the steel pallet. WowBoard makes blocks with more density and more equally due to made to order steel, specialized material, stress relief, excellent vibration transmissibility and coated surface.

AlphaBoard

AlphaBoard is a next-generation production pallet for concrete blocks and pavers. Due to its truss structure, AlphaBoard is very light in weight (50~70% the weight of solid steel pallets), durable, has excellent vibration transmissibility, and zero deflection rate.
Such characteristics make the board perfect for manufacturing dense or large-sized products with less occurrence of cracks.

MetaBoard

When a steel pallet has corrosion-resistance features, it offers many benefits to its users. Samjung offers many different corrosion-resistant pallet options such as WowBoard in POS-SJ, and AlphaBoard in stainless, although MetaBoard shows significate differences in features.
MetaBoard surfaces are covered by GI steel, so clients can expect corrosion-resistant features. There are additional vibration frames inside the pallets, which enhance the flatness and vibration transmission rate.
MetaBoard’s manufacturing procedure emits less CO2, and it is made with fully recyclable material, so cashback is possible after use. Thanks to outstanding vibration transmissibility, customers can produce high-quality products with fewer materials.

Polyester Staple Fiber

Huvis produces annually 700,000 tons of polyester staple fiber and filament yarn; resin; super fiber (meta-aramid, PPS fiber); and industrial materials. Its main products include ‘LMF,’ an eco-friendly bonding fiber for replacing chemical binders; ‘Purever,’a premium material for sanitary materials; ‘Conju,’ a filling fiber for duvets/padding; short-cut fibers; differentiated filament yarns; and high-strength yarns.
Low-Melting Fiber (LMF) is a material made by conjugate spinning of general polyester and modified low melting-point polyester. It is used for bonding as the sheath with low melting point is only melted and bonded by heat treatment.
LMF can reduce carbon-dioxide emissions under its lower heating temperature of 110 degrees Celsius.
It has an excellent ability to maintain its shape after being combined with other materials.

LMF: A key material for automotive interior materials
Low-melting fiber (LMF) is used in a variety of areas, including bedding and furniture, building materials, and filters. In particular, it is a key material for automotive interior materials such as headliners, dashboards, and door trims. Huvis has developed LMF in various colors such as black, red, brown, and beige for enhancing LMF competitiveness. Huvis is manufacturing products that meet its customers’ needs by developing differentiated products with melting points of 110 °C, 130°C, 150°C, 180°C, and 200°C, respectively.

Purever : A bicomponent fiber produced by composite spinning of polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester. It is softer than regular polyester, so it is used for sanitary materials such as diapers and sanitary napkins. In particular, it is a material safe for the human body as it does not use resin (chemical binder).
Huvis fibers, including Purever, are ‘Oeko-Tex’ Standard 100 certified since 2007.

Slot-die coating has the advantage of being able to secure high-precision coating, patt ern coating, and smooth and consistent coating surfaces. It is possible to set coating thickness from 0.1 to 2,000µm (wet) and coating speed from 0.5 to 200m/min. Furthermore, coating-efficiency can be improved by adding various options such as surface-coating and control valve.
