Sludge Treatment System

However, if it is reduced to 80-90%ds and dried, high-quality renewable energy can be produced – and secondary environmental pollution can be reduced by more than 99%.

Tubular Pre-coated Filters

As its next project, the company is developing and commercializing specialized filters for water-quality improvement in water tanks in apartment blocks.

Performing high-filtration linear velocity
The tubular pre-coated filter (K-TTF) requires a compact installation area (approximately 1/4 of its existing technology), compared to the conventional pressurized filters and horizontal pressure & multi-layer composite filters. It is an excellent product that provides filtration linear velocity of 5 to 6.25 m/hr.
In order to improve filtration performance, the filter medium is coated in advance – and after the filter operation is performed, the contaminants and the filter medium on the surface of the filter tube are removed through desorption, and the filter operation is performed again. The filter medium has the advantage of being reusable.
In addition, if the filtration efficiency is not recovered through the desorption process, the filtration efficiency can be recovered through backwashing, which is excellent in terms of management efficiency, as it takes just 10 minutes once per week.

The TX series (multiple-turn actuator) is equipped with an LDC window and error signal that are maintained even in the event of a power outage. The TX series provides a variety of information through a large LCD window, and enables information to be set by using a remote control or wireless device (smartphones, etc.) without opening the cover.
The TM series (multiple-turn actuator) is a product that can be directly connected to multiple-turn valves such as globe valves and gate valves, or can be combined with a reducer to apply to 90˚ rotary valves such as dampers, ball valves, and butterfly valves. These are easy to disassemble and assemble, making it easy to inspect and replace parts.
ENERTORK succeeded in domestically producing electric actuators in 1992. In 2003, it developed an electric actuator for nuclear power generation. ENERTORK, which built a factory in Yeoju in 2004, was selected as a preliminary product supplier for Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP) in 2006.
Subsequently, in 2007, ENERTORK supplied life-extended actuators to Kori No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant. In 2009, ENERTORK delivered electric actuators to Shin Kori Units 3 and 4, which are being built by KHNP. Units 3 and 4 are Korea’s first new light water reactor 1400 (APR1400) nuclear power plants with a capacity of 1,400 MW.
ENERTORK, which has solidified its position as Korea’s leading electric actuator producer, plans to further focus on product and technology research to become one of the world’s top- 10 manufacturers of electric actuators.

Korea’s Exporters’ Active Journey to Pioneer Potential Markets

Korea’s exports in April recorded a double-digit increase. It has been ‘export-plus’ for seven months. This is thanks to the increase in exports of key items such as semiconductors, automobiles, etc.
In particular, semiconductor exports, the largest export item, recorded US$9.96 billion, the second highest ever in April. It increased by 56.1% compared to the same month last year, recording positive exports for six consecutive months.

According to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), Korea’s exports in April amounted to US$56.26 billion (about KRW 78 trillion), a 13.8% increase compared to the same month last year.
Automobile exports increased by 10.3% compared to the same month last year, breaking a record-high export amount. It recorded $6.79 billion in exports, surpassing the previous biggest record of exports in November last year ($6.53 billion).
Exports of general machinery turned positive in just one month, reaching an all-time high of $4.68 billion (1.5%) as of April. Ship exports also increased by 5.6%, showing positive growth for nine consecutive months.

Vacuum Skin Packaging Machines

It adopts a rotary method that works manually, and like the 400K, there is no need to install a compressor, which enhances consumer convenience.

The 400W is an image sensor weighing packaging machine that automatically weighs and enables the automatic printing of label stickers by automatically recognizing the contents of the package. Thereafter, the packaging worker attaches the sticker to the container to complete the process.
There are also two competitive models – the 600K, and the 650K. Suitable for food factories, the 600K is a mid-sized model, ensuring cheaper prices than products of other companies. The 650K is a rotary-type larger model that enables mass-production, thus ensuring lower prices than products of other companies.
