Performing high-filtration linear velocity
The tubular pre-coated filter (K-TTF) requires a compact installation area (approximately 1/4 of its existing technology), compared to the conventional pressurized filters and horizontal pressure & multi-layer composite filters. It is an excellent product that provides filtration linear velocity of 5 to 6.25 m/hr.
In order to improve filtration performance, the filter medium is coated in advance – and after the filter operation is performed, the contaminants and the filter medium on the surface of the filter tube are removed through desorption, and the filter operation is performed again. The filter medium has the advantage of being reusable.
In addition, if the filtration efficiency is not recovered through the desorption process, the filtration efficiency can be recovered through backwashing, which is excellent in terms of management efficiency, as it takes just 10 minutes once per week.

Korea’s Exporters’ Active Journey to Pioneer Potential Markets

Korea’s exports in April recorded a double-digit increase. It has been ‘export-plus’ for seven months. This is thanks to the increase in exports of key items such as semiconductors, automobiles, etc.
In particular, semiconductor exports, the largest export item, recorded US$9.96 billion, the second highest ever in April. It increased by 56.1% compared to the same month last year, recording positive exports for six consecutive months.

According to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), Korea’s exports in April amounted to US$56.26 billion (about KRW 78 trillion), a 13.8% increase compared to the same month last year.
Automobile exports increased by 10.3% compared to the same month last year, breaking a record-high export amount. It recorded $6.79 billion in exports, surpassing the previous biggest record of exports in November last year ($6.53 billion).
Exports of general machinery turned positive in just one month, reaching an all-time high of $4.68 billion (1.5%) as of April. Ship exports also increased by 5.6%, showing positive growth for nine consecutive months.
